I have started blogging I guess...These I can not tell you what they will be about or when I will write a new one but they will be here for your reading pleasure...
Today was a day of blah for me...I have a lot on my mind which I will not bore you with yet just know it is soon to come...Started off as any day does...my girls playing and having fun as they do...joey snoring...gosh I Love him...and me wondering why I am up so early....and what the day will bring me...and it brought me well not much...watch some TV walked around the apartment in circles took a nap watched more TV then invited my baby brother and his hubby over...went to the store and then came back to chill before making what I can only describe as a bomb as breakfast...only for dinner...which you all know is your favorite...I am including a picture of course...you will soon come to notice I am a picture freak..I love them and think everyone should own a camera of some sort...without pictures how do you show your children all the wonderful and silly moments of their lives...anyway had a GREAT meal for dinner...and some chill time with my family...Joey starts midnights tonight, which you will learn his off the wall shifts...but he is an amazing father and boyfriend and I couldn't ask for a better person in mine and Maddi's life...anyway he is off to work now...which sucks but at least I have my Maddi next to me snoring...lol...
You will also learn that my brain goes all over the place and I move subjects often...sometimes picking back up on one sometimes not but that's all apart of being in my head...
School starts for me on Monday...pretty excited for that...getting my Associates in Business Administration....from ITT Tech...not bad if I may say so myself...why you ask...well when I am done with that I will be attending a culinary arts program so one day I can make my dream a reality and open my own restaurant...I cant wait...well I can but don't want to...I have been dreaming about this for a long time and am so thankful to be able to go to school...not many are and if they are they don't seem to care much...sorry if your one of them but oh well not my fault...
Anyhow...this blog is titled great food...so I guess I should talk about the wonderful food I made tonight for my loved ones...Bobby yes you are a loved one because anyone who can be in Joeys life for as long as you and stay a true friend is awesome in my books...anyway....food....
I made some damn good scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cubed hash browns and sliced oranges and strawberries...I must say the best breakfast I have made in a long time...but it was well worth it because like I said it was for people who I truly love and admire....
Ha well that's all I have to say about dinner...the picture speaks for its self...Now that Miss Maddi is finally asleep I am going to turn off Wow Wow Wubbyz and on a movie and doubtfully make it through ten minutes before falling asleep...
